At Billbergia, we always endeavour to bring to you high quality products and we wish you love them all. However in case you don’t find the order as per how to placed it, do write to us at support@thebillbergia.com within 3 days of receiving the product to address your concerns.

These articles being single & personal use are not returnable. However we will resolve your concerns in case you face the below situations.

WRONG ARTICLE RECEIVED AND NOT AS PER YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER :

Please reach out to us at support@thebillbergia.com. Our support team will assist you to get the right product delivered again. Please do not use the delivered article else the return will be deemed as invalid.

DAMAGED ARTICLE RECEIVED :

While we and our delivery partners take utmost care to ensure the items are packed & cushioned well, if you still end up receiving a damaged product, please drop us an email with your order number along with the picture of the damaged product and send to us at support@thebillbergia.com within 3 days of the date of delivery. Our support team will reach out to resolve your concern at the earliest.

ANY OTHER QUALITY LED CONCERNS :

Write to us at support@thebillbergia.com and we will ensure we get back to you within 48 hours to address it

Cancelations

BEFORE ORDER IS DISPATCHED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE :

Please cancel within 2 hours of placing your actual order. Amount deducted from your end will be refunded to the original source of payment within 10 working days.

AFTER DISPATCH FROM OUR WAREHOUSE & EN-ROUTE YOUR DESTINATION :

Please do not accept delivery. Once you do, “article cannot be returned”.

WEBSTORE RELATED PAYMENT GLITCHES (ORDERS PLACED BUT NOT SHOWING UP/ MONEY DEDUCTED BUT NOT RECOGNISED)

Refunds

How to get a refund :

In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the original source of payment within 10 working days (Mon-Fri sans Bank Holidays). For COD orders, customers are required to provide their bank details where they would like to receive the refund.

Incase of cancellation of an order, money will be returned to the original source of payment within 10 working days (Mon-Fri sans Bank Holidays).

In case of returns, we will refund the money upon receiving the product in our warehouse and post checking the issues you faced in the product. This process will take a maximum of 3 weeks to resolve your issues and claim refund
